The second of twelve

Really, no surprises here. Given 5 minutes to pick 12 images, grabbing a hummingbird pic was inevitable. I’ve seen some unusual composition choices with animals lately, and thought I’d give it a try myself.

I find these little creatures absolutely magical and get a little beyond excited when I see one. The last few years they’ve snubbed both my feeders, and I get the feeling they think I’m a groupie. Yes, absolutely. I’ll try to tone down my enthusiasm this year and see if that works…
